The estimated shipping times serve as a general guideline and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors and are subject to change.
Authority To Leave
Our parcels are booked with an Authority to Leave option by default. When you submit your order, you authorize the delivery driver to leave the parcel at the shipping address without requiring a signature.
Please note, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure the package can be safely left at the delivery location.
If you are unsure about the security of the delivery location, we recommend sending your parcel to a PO Box, Parcel Collect, or Post Office for secure collection.
For all deliveries to PO Box, Parcel Collect, or Post Office, please include the name of the post office to prevent processing errors.
If you would like the parcel to require a signature upon delivery, please inform us at team@plantiepot.com prior to dispatch so we can adjust the delivery preference accordingly.
Cancellation and Change of Address
We strive to process all orders within 24 hours, which means fulfillment and shipping details are sent to our warehouse immediately after your order is placed. As a result, orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
If you need to make changes, such as modifying the shipping address or redirecting the package, you may request these changes within 12 hours of placing your order and before it has been fulfilled.
Important Details:
- All modification requests within the 12-hour window must be approved by us before taking effect.
- If your order has already been fulfilled or has left the warehouse, it cannot be modified.
- We cannot guarantee redirection or address changes after an order has left our warehouse. Any changes at this stage are at your own risk and may cause delays.
- If an address change or redirection cannot be completed and the order is delivered to the original shipping address, the buyer is responsible for retrieving the package. Refunds or replacements cannot be provided in such cases.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is undeliverable, a $50 redelivery fee will be charged to reship the item to the correct address.

Courier Information
For most orders, final delivery will be handled by your local courier. Below is a list of local couriers based on your location.
Once your package has been processed and scheduled for delivery by the local courier, your tracking number will be updated. You can track your package directly on the courier’s website by entering your tracking number.

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of submission. During high-demand periods or sales seasons, please allow extra processing time. All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing.
Your order will be shipped from the nearest fulfillment center with available inventory. In cases of high demand or low stock levels, we may fulfill your order from an alternate location to ensure prompt processing and delivery. Please note that this may result in your package being shipped from an international location.
